Refund & Exchange Policy – AS FITNATION (YAAMAVA CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED)

At AS Fitnation, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our updated policy carefully:

Size Exchange (7-Day Window)

We offer a 7-day exchange window for size-related issues only.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original packaging and condition

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for size exchange only, not for return or refund.

Courier-related Disputes / Other Returns (3-Day Window)

All other return-related cases must be reported within 3 days of delivery, including:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Partial or incomplete order

  • Product not received despite tracking status showing delivered

To raise a valid dispute, you must provide the following:

  1. Unboxing video clearly showing the AWB number and packaging

  2. Images of the product received, outer packaging, and AWB label

  3. Our internal verification of the product shipped from our end

No disputes will be accepted beyond 3 days from the delivery date for these issues, as per our courier partner Shiprocket’s policy.

Return Eligibility & Process

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for return.
  • Prepaid orders are eligible for return.
  • Once a return is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a mandatory quality check based on which refund are approved.

  • Products must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition.

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 6–8 working days.

  • If the return fails the quality check, refund or exchange will be denied.

  • Return process may take 7–14 days in total.
